Hi, I'm Cynthia
With my interdisciplinary skillset, I'm currently improving customer and employee journeys as a Behavioural Design Manager at Cowry Consulting.

My education in design (Delft University of Technology in Design for Interaction) and Behaviour Change (University College London) has equipped me with a wide range of skills in research, design, innovation and campaigning.

In my spare time, I aim to create a positive social impact in the world, especially in the domains of sustainability, (mental) health and social justice. This is why I am a trustee at Mind and campaigner for Slow Fashion Movement.
An example of my interdisciplinary capabilities:
Designing a circular business model and service that encourages pro-environmental clothing behaviour.
Who am I?
A Human-Centred
and Research-Driven Innovator
I believe that good solutions are driven by a thorough understanding of a problem’s context and integrating insights from stakeholders on different system levels.
My research skills are wide: from traditional desk research and qualitative research to participatory, ethnographic or prototype-driven research.
An Interdisciplinary Problem Solver
I hold qualifications in Design, Engineering and Behavioural Science with 2+ years of professional experience in qualitative research, digital/service design and digital marketing.

This enables me to: analyse a problem from multiple perspectives throughout the whole customer journey; collaborate with various disciplines to improve products/services and design holistic solutions.
A Multi-Media
Communicator
Excellent in verbal and visual communication, using illustrations, videos, photography... and more.
My creativity engages stakeholders when reporting results; immerses colleagues in a collaborative design process and inspires research participants to uncover their latent desires.
