Videography
Delft University of Technology - Project: Video for Designers

Videography is often used to communicate a result, but I like to use it as a design research tool as well. Design is an iterative process: an end-result may be used to explore a new perspective. Moreover, creating a storyboard helps the designer map out current assumptions and pinpoint the gaps in an idea or knowledge.

Through video, one may explore emotions, a target group and their context, or even what the future may hold. It can be used to trigger contemplation and discussion for further design research options in the design team.
Video for Empathy
In this video I explored the concept of loneliness among young adults.
Video for Self-Exploration
By combining my love for storytelling with videography, I was triggered to contemplate about my life story in a visual and poetic manner.
Video for Design Fiction
Technology is meant to help us, but when does technology cross the line and become intrusive? In this video we speculated about smart technologies in the domain of food consumption, and aimed to explore the good and the bad that might occur from smart technology.
