Graphic Design
Most of my graphic design experience comes from creating promotional materials for non-profit organisations, such as for ESN Delft and Slow Fashion Season. Every now and then, I also use graphic design to make sense of myself and my experiences, or to capture my personal situations at a given time.

Below you will find a selection of both promotional and personal graphic design work.
Slow Fashion Movement - Campaigns Coordinator
Slow Fashion Movement is building a community of campaigners that take a stand against unsustainable and unfair fashion.
I've designed toolkits and supported local SFM groups in their campaigning/content creation by providing templates, workshops and personal guidance.
Slow Fashion Season 2020 - Content Collective
Slow Fashion Season is a crowd-acting campaign which encourages people to make more conscious fashion choices.
I am a visual content contributor using my illustration skills for their collective Instagram page - currently also working on rebranding the initiative with a new brand style.
Erasmus Student Network - PR Committee
The Erasmus Student Network in Delft (ESN Delft) is a student-led organisation that aims to make international students feel at home through various cultural and social events. As part of the Public Relations Committee, I have designed multiple visual materials (e.g. Facebook banners) adhering to ESN Delft's brand style, of which a selection is shown below.
Forget me Not: a decorative typeface
Creating my own typeface to embody the experience of a long distance relationship.
A visual expression of orientation week at university
Studying abroad at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) was my first big step away from home. Like anyone attending a new university, I was thrilled with all the possibilities but also feeling overwhelmed. Based on this I created a visual expression.
The whole image represents a collage of the campus maps I received, the university websites I had to navigate, event calendars and flyers from student societies. The visual style adheres to UNSW's promotional materials, which were mostly yellow during that time and very energetic.
A roadmap after Sydney, Australia
Visualisations can be used to look back and reflect, which is exactly what I did after studying abroad in Australia.
I feel like my study abroad experience was a pivot point in terms of my personality. Sydney taught me to be more proactive, explorative and to be in touch with my creative self. After Sydney, I continued to explore beyond my own character's and my birth country's borders. It's a never ending, curvy road which I'm standing right on top of.
